I felt such freedom a week ago on the road, choosing when to turn, when to stop, when to rubberneck, even when to get lost. There is something that draws me in the movement of it, and in the settle. Enjoy yourself.
Seeing those ocean scenes makes me miss California, just a little. The picture of those two kayaks totally remind me of Monterey Bay. My husband and I used to go kayaking there in the bay in the harbor next to seals, and up and down the slough where we would see wonderful wildlife. Nice memories
I didn't know starfist came in colors!?! Heck I've only seen starfish in a photo, so how would I know :)

I didn't know, either, that starfish are so colorful! How cool is that?!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it that the blue and white stars are hotter than the red and yellow stars? :)
ReplyDeleteNice poem. I want to go... forth!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos to illustrate. Love the starfish.
"My road calls me, lures me..." I know what that's like. Nice post Leenie!
