FISHING FOR GOLD

The pond in the park is stocked with trout. But I kept seeing golden flashes in the water when I walked by in the morning.

  1. Hi Leenie! Thanks for visiting my blog. You were absolutely right, that was taken at Machu Pichu, although I think they are alpacas (close enough!). We did not get up there in time for sunrise, but we did beat most of the tourists up there since we spent the night in Aguas Calientes.

    Such a beautiful country!!!

You have some beautiful photos here. I'm glad you stopped by to say hello:)

  2. Wow - that sneaky heron. A real case of "be sure your sins will find you out!"

  3. I have wondered about gold fish and koi, if they would survive in the wild... their flashy beauty out in the kill- or -be -killed- mother- like a sexy, naked, young blondie walking through the streets of Fez at night...not a great plan...
Wonderful capturing - your timing is amazing!

  5. I forgot to say that the photo you commented on in a recent post did, indeed, show the east face of Timpanogas. It's probably getting snow today!
