LOOK INTO MY EYES

"A cat will look down to you.

A dog will look up to you.

But a pig will look you straight in the eye and see his equal."

  1. I don't know any pigs personally, but I think I'm going to have to get acquainted with some!

  2. My neighbor has a pot bellied pig. He doesn't consider me his equal. He'd like to knock me down and eat me.

  4. Yup, becoming more true every bloody day- all pink and fat and sassy- I had a pet pig- she was way smarter than I- and more agile- she even had cuter babies.

  13. I have always liked pigs. I would have liked one as a pet, but I am not sure whether it is cruel to keep a pig in the house. I mean, are they like dogs in that respect? Happy as long as you take them for long walks and give them treats and lots of love? But Snous would probably not like a pig as companion, I think.

  14. Actually, seeing Jill's comment above, I realsie that if I had a pig I would have to stop eating bacon! And I do so love a bit of bacon ...
