RAINBOWMAKERS

RainbowMakers with HAWK by Paul Reisler

I bought a Kikkerland RainbowMaker. It’s a little solar powered gadget that attaches to a window with a suction cup and rotates a Swarovski crystal.  Sunlight becomes a swirl of rainbows in the room.  I liked it so much I ordered another; one for the east and one for the south window of our kitchen.  The video is a short demo of the effects on a sunny day.  The actual whirl of rainbows is not as intense as you see in the movie.  I did some editing  to make it more fun.  I set it to two different kinds of music.  If you have time, check out at least part  of each to see which one you prefer.

  1. Leenie, I love Santana so my favorite was the second one. But, to be perfectly honest, I loved them both.

Those are so neat! I kept thinking how my cats would be chasing the rainbows all over the place :)

  2. "Talon" said it all, although I think perhaps Paul Reisler who is new to me is more dreamy. It would definitely drive the cat potty, but I would love it.

  7. Santana an all time fave but I prefer the first video, there is more drama and tension and makes the prisms the stars of the the show, besides your clean refrigerator door ( how do you do that?)
