One of the reasons I enjoy snow is the way it makes taking good photos so easy.

Grandkids are good subjects.
The problem is getting them in and out of all the coats and boots. |

The reward for going out on the cross-country trail early |

One of my excuses for not picking all the plums |

Even the lamps in the park look artsy |

Marshmallow world |

The whole painting, "Snowshoes" |
The lamp was my favorite, until I saw your bunnies.

ReplyDeleteGreat pictures.
the first photo had me! What a lovely kid, great shot! I love him. Please send him to me for Christmas...promise to take good care of him....Your ETSY site is fabulous!
ReplyDeleteLovely! the pine needles look so green and fresh under the snow.
ReplyDeleteBrrr...that looks cold...but beautiful! I think it would be fun to go snow shoeing, but we don't consistently get enough snow here to make it worth investing in them. Nice picture!
ReplyDeleteLove these pictures....and you!
ReplyDeleteStunning artwork, Leenie. Just gorgeous! And beautiful photos, too. We've got about 7" of fresh powder today...freezing, but it sure looks festive now. At least Santa will have some snow for his runners this year. :)
ReplyDeleteIt's our pleasure to see beautiful snowy scenes chosen with your love.
ReplyDeleteWHEW! You do have the snow...lots and lots and lots of it. Lovely to look upon and hard to work in.

I love the addition of active snowflakes to your painting. When you grab it for a .gif, it freezes the snowflakes. I did this as an experiment to see what happened, not stealing art. Overall I'm going to enjoy YOUR snow photos, they don't inspire me to take any of my own because I'd have to actually be out there in it. Thank you for the beauty.
