A year ago I tried to take a photograph that ended up with me
talking to a policeman. I made another attempt a few days later, but conditions were not right. I finally
cobbled two photos together using Photoshop.
This morning the weather was different and I was more careful. I waited in the tall grass.

When the time was right I moved to the overpass and was rewarded

with a view of a sunrise on the autumnal equinox over The Grand Tetons at the end of Main Street.

And I didn’t have to talk to my friend the policeman.
Okay, I know I’m weird.

Beautiful shots! I'm glad you didn't have to speak to the policeman this time.
A little patience and careful planning and you get a really good shot Leenie - well done.
BEAUTIFUL!!!!! BEATIFUL! Wow! I don't blame you for wanting this shot! Thank you for sharing!

Yes, you are weird, Leenie. But that is okay, we like weirdness.(Actually, I think from now on I am going to think of you as Luminous Leenie.) Now, about the salad - I had NO idea you have all those different names for ingredients. At least now you have traced them. The lemon-infused avocado oil is not crucial, use lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil instead. Happy gobbling!
Oops. I am not finished yet. I also meant to say that those photographs are pretty special!
I love the sun coming up over the Tetons. It is always a beautiful sight and you captured it. Great work.
