Oh Leenie, what a cute picture. He looks like he is really enjoying that watermelon. Watermelon is my favorite 4th of July food.... AND I spill mine all over me too... ha

That is the best way to eat a ripe melon, when you are stripped to the waist - then it doesn't matter where the juice goes!

Forgive the test comment above - but my original comment got the most horrible error message as a response! No idea what happened there. Blogger being contrary, I suspect. Anyway, what I said (in my initial comment)was that your post reminds me of my youth & long, hot December afternoons next to the pool, eating water melon and spitting out the pips ...
