Geez, Leenie - all these comments mentioning HOARS- I didn't see any...Just beautiful chill factor, which we look back on fondly in a few years as the temperature soars and bakes us all like pigs in a blanket. Lovely shots- stay cool!
We haven't had much frost yet this winter - but we are being threatened with snow at the weekend. This has brought about a rash of shock horror headlines - as if snow in January were some rare terrifying thing, instead of a normal winter occurence!! Love the photos!

Wow, those are gorgeous! I really like the third and fourth photos! All beautiful shots!
Three and Five are big winners. We have the slightly warmer temps here as well but no lace on the trees.
Beautiful, beautiful photos--all of them!!
Stunning photos.
So incredibly beautiful. I am always in awe when I walk out of doors....
Oh Leenie these are incredible. B
Is that hoar frost? We don't have it here, and it's just beautiful!
That third shot took my breath away! Wow!
I'm so glad we get hoar frost..it makes the cold beautiful. Other that that I'm not a friend of the cold.

Look how those little things grew. Like a the sugar crystal experiment in grade school.
You would have a heyday with our hoar frost. It mainly keeps to the ground, and looks like spider web traps. Or plastic bag litter.
