TUESDAY LIST...WHY AM I HERE?

When it's twenty degrees below zero Fahrenheit (-29 C)
with a wind chill of minus forty, sometimes I wonder,
"Why am I here?"  The list below is a reminder.
But it doesn't keep me from dreaming of bare toes in warm, white sand.

Who said all that tuition for art classes went to waste?

lol! I loved the reminders, Leenie. I think I'll print this out and put it on my desk to remind me, over and over the next few months, just why winter IS a good thing! :)

Cute cartoons!
I'm with you on the lack of vermin and lack of criminals. They don't like the cold, I guess. And not much gardening is a huge plus. Besides, it's hard to cross country ski on a beach.

Clever Leenie- your cartoons are wonderfuller than any others! Trying to find good things about winter is a challenge, the older I get the more I dislike the cold, the dark, the ickyness. It just makes me cranky.

Thanks to cute and funny cartoons. I'm fun to read cartoons laughing off their problems.

Ok - I'll stop complaining - we are nowhere near as cold as you!! Love the cartoons - I certainly needed something to make me laugh at 6.15 this morning, when I woke up to find we had no electricity!

Cute..I sympathize!! I never thought of the lawn and weeds? As far as muggers and robbers..I think about that when the rain is pounding here. Speaking of vermin, that's one thing the cold seems to take care of and the sunny weather just encourages (perpetual spring for vermin) (lol)

I think perhaps you have a future as a comic strip artist. Delightful!
