I don't agree with him on a lot of things, but this is true.

YES!!!!
A lot of people are not getting it right. But the village is now afraid to contribute to the raising of the children, due to threatened litigation over something so simple as a sidelong glance.
What is the solution?
Sadly, parents can't let go of old beliefs--and guns.
