SEASON OF HARVEST

“To the attentive eye, each moment of the year has its own beauty, and in the same field, it beholds, every hour, a picture which was never seen before, and which shall never be seen again”

Ralph Waldo Emerson

The play of light and shadow in your photograph is gorgeous, Leenie. As is the perspective. A perfect photo to compliment that beautiful quote.

It would be a pleasure to stand gazing at that field and your picture of it is beautiful.

Looks like the Webster or Summer's farm. Beautiful wheat field picture.

Those high, western plains are beautiful! Was that wheat?
My FIL, after he graduated high school, spent the summer following the wheat harvest jobs. Kansas all the way to Canada.

Beautiful photo!! We live in a potato growing area and it is now harvest time, so the roads are full of tractors and trailers full of potatoes - when they hit bumps in the road, stray potatoes bounce off the back - you could probably pick up several pounds from the roadside!! I posted your parcel yesterday - I hope you receive it soon!!!
