THE DAHLIES 111206 A Double Dose

More piano jokes...

☺  Why did Mozart kill his chickens?
Because they always ran around going, "Bach! Bach! Bach!"

☺  What happens when you play Beethoven backwards?
He decomposes.

☺  A note left for a pianist from his wife:
"Gone Chopin, (have Liszt), Bach in a Minuet."

LOL! I'm sorry, but I'm cracking up over here - I've missed out on piano jokes apparently! :)

And the cat advice is very very sound (no pun intended!), Leenie.

I love the thought of the cat disappearing up the vacuum cleaner tube - like something from Tom and Jerry!! I also enjoyed the composer jokes.

Love Dahlie world- Mentioned it before but you realize a calendar is in order! I found a renwal piano and was going to pick it up for you but it was in BAD shape - looked like one of the twins took an angry cat to it- so, glad to see that you have one! Excellent and excellent jokes- I almost laughed...
Yup, hated piano lessons- made Erik do it when he was four ( abusive, much?)...didn't last long.

My piano lessons were in the private home of a doddery old widow who always had smelly soup (cabbage? Split pea?)simmering away somewhere in the depths of the house. Could never get out of there quick enough.
Loved your funny post!

I enjoyed the Dahlies as always. And the piano jokes are good too. Have you read 'The Piano Tuner'? I really enjoyed that book. It is so strange and beautiful.

These really made me laugh - had to promise NEVER to hold it against them when I was allowed to give up piano lessons by my parents - I never have, no amount of practice would have helped!!
