THIRTY DAY CHALLENGE--A PHOTO A DAY--day four

Finally!
Pink sunrise!
I was hoping to be in a better location but a sunrise happens on its own time.
I had to settle for a shot through a local cell tower.

A red breasted nuthatch, (I think). I've never gotten a photo of one until now--

--because they're so quick and so fast.

The snowman is GONE.
The scarf, the hat and the snow.
Perhaps they removed the body so completely because they thought their house was under surveillance

Cell tower or not, sunrises never cease to be beautiful! Nice shot!

Pretty little bird. Looks like a red breasted nuthatch to me, too, and sure acts like the species. All winter I've had two decent shots of our nuthatch(es); they are faster than hummingbirds, I swear.

I'd bet Mr. Snowman is now helping the grass grow in that spot. A fitting end to his life. :)
